A government authority in Coachella, California is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for a one-year period. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to prune, shape, and trim shrubs, vines, and ground cover; control weeds; mow and edge turf grass; clean hardscape surfaces; maintain healthy plant material; and service all parts of the irrigation system.
General area clean-up must be performed regularly, including the removal of leaves, trash, dog feces, and other debris. Contractors are also responsible for emptying trash cans and removing litter at each site. Daily communication with the assigned agency representative or designee is required to review the day's work schedule, address existing problems, and share important information.
Questions regarding the contract must be submitted by May 6, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 29, 2026.
