Landscape Architectural Services

Possess a license from the Landscape Architects Technical Committee (LATC)
Possess a C-27 Landscape Contractor license
Register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) if the project is a public work
Maintain Workers' Compensation Insurance (Statutory Limits) and Employer's Liability Insurance (at least $1,000,000)
Maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance (at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate)
Maintain Automobile Liability Insurance (at least $1,000,000 combined single limit)
Maintain Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) Insurance (at least $1,000,000 per claim and in aggregate)
Provide certificates of insurance and a waiver of subrogation endorsement for workers' compensation
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations
Comply with employment eligibility requirements, including the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
Operate as an equal opportunity employer
Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for a minimum of three years from final payment
Attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on March 26th, 2026
Demonstrate experience in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, and Surveying
Ability to complete Tasks I through III within 2-4 months
Submit a lump-sum, not-to-exceed, cost proposal with a detailed fee breakdown by task, estimated hours, hourly billing rates, and cost assumptions
Submit a Non-Collusion Declaration
Provide litigation history for any claims filed by or against the firm related to service provision in the last five years
Identify any objections or requested changes to the standard contract language
Certify no deviations from the RFP
List signatory(s) authorized to sign and bind the agreement
Disclose any conflicts of interest
Certify the proposal
