Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A government authority located in College Station, Texas, seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive landscape and mowing maintenance services for its grounds. All work must be executed in a professional, consistent, and timely manner to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and visually appealing throughout the year.
The contractor will be responsible for maintaining turf at a uniform height suitable for the grass type and season, mulching or collecting clippings to prevent turf damage, and refraining from mowing during excessively wet conditions. Additional services include precise edging along paved surfaces and entryways, careful trimming around landscaping features and obstacles, and the blowing of grass clippings and debris from all hard surfaces without dispersing debris into inappropriate areas. Mechanical weeding is required for ditches, fence lines, and other designated sections, ensuring a clean and attractive landscape while promoting safety.
The contract will cover a one-year period. All vendor questions must be submitted by April 13, 2026.
