The Government of Northwest Territories is seeking information from vendors regarding solutions to modernize the land titles office. The primary objective is to research, analyze, and define requirements to automate the end-to-end business functions of the land titles office. Vendors are asked to provide input on both custom-developed systems aligned with current legislative and workflow requirements, as well as commercial off-the-shelf registry platforms that can be configured to local needs.
Any modernization effort would aim to improve service delivery, data integrity, and overall operational efficiency through digital transformation. This Request for Information will help determine the scope and feasibility of implementing a new or updated land titles solution.
