Responsibilities include preparing individual property appraisals in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, and conducting market valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
The vendor will also be required to review appraisals and offer consultation on valuation matters. Preparation of detailed written reports is necessary, covering land and improvement valuation, highest and best use analysis, and providing narrative reports suitable for municipal and legal proceedings. Additional services include offering support during legal challenges and attending meetings or hearings as required.
