LabVantage Software for Chemistry Laboratory

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC, IHD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the provision of LabVantage software to support its chemistry laboratory operations. This procurement will be made on a noncompetitive, sole-source basis to LabVantage Solutions Inc., as they are identified as the only provider capable of meeting the government's software requirements for this application.

Interested parties are invited to demonstrate their capability to fulfill these requirements with clear and convincing documentation by the stated deadline. All submissions will be evaluated solely to determine if a competitive procurement process would be beneficial for the government. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit electronic responses to be considered. The government reserves the right to proceed at its sole discretion.
