DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a modern Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) replacement solution to enhance productivity and reduce long-term costs. The project requires a robust LIMS platform, deployable via SaaS or on-premises, with all essential modules to support environmental and water quality testing operations. The chosen system must provide comprehensive access across web, desktop, and mobile interfaces.

Key solution requirements include automation of routine tasks, minimizing manual data entry, and reliable bidirectional data exchange via interfaces for PI, LINKO, Power BI, and similar tools. The LIMS should offer real-time updates of analysis-specific hold-time counters, facilitate accurate tracking of reagents and standards, and ensure correct data transfers for complex sample analyses. Additional features sought are automatic QC sample insertion per configurable rules, ad hoc reporting, historical data trending, automated timestamp capture, and a mobile app for field data entry and review, including barcode scanning capabilities.

Interested vendors should be capable of providing a system that supports configurable workflows, robust inventory management, and automated reporting. Questions related to the RFP must be submitted by April 22, 2026.
