DESCRIPTION


The State of Washington is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), provide integration with laboratory instrumentation, and deliver maintenance and support services for a period of three years.

Key responsibilities include the deployment of a LIMS platform tailored to specified requirements, seamless integration with Hanford Lab-owned equipment, and ongoing support. Maintenance services should cover regular system patches for cybersecurity and product improvements, along with at least 50 hours of annual phone support for troubleshooting and product inquiries, available on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
