The software will be instrumental in delivering key insights into job outlooks, including wage information, to support stakeholders such as students, employees, and the broader community.
Required capabilities include robust labor market data analytics, comprehensive access to current labor market information, and advanced job posting analytics—such as tracking unique job postings, identifying employers, trending data over time, as well as listing top companies, job titles, and skills in demand. The solution should also deliver occupation analytics (with current salary/wage data), program-level analytics (including student outcome results like completion and graduation counts by agency), and custom groupings and reporting functionalities.
Further functionality is expected in the ability to generate reports detailing results by demographic factors such as gender, age, and location, all trended over time. Custom reporting options to fit institutional needs are also essential.
