The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 05, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for Acustaf Labor Management Software. This contract is for the provision and implementation of the Acustaf Labor Management solution at the Washington DC VA Medical Center, located at 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422. The software is to be supplied as a brand name only requirement and will support the center's labor management operations.
The proposed contract will be awarded under the authority allowing for single-source awards when only one source is capable of providing the required service. Interested parties may express their interest and demonstrate their capability to fulfill this requirement within seven calendar days of notice publication. Written responses from qualified sources will be taken into consideration when deciding whether to proceed with a competitive solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a current authorized distributor letter to be eligible.
