DESCRIPTION
The organization seeks a vendor to provide Kofax Capture scanning software with a customized workflow integrated with SoftBridge basic, enabling access to a REDMS SQL Server 2019 database. The solution should read document metadata and display it on the capture input form to assist with verification of scanned data. Capability is required to connect to REDMS for document and metadata creation and updates.
The Kofax Capture solution must also support integration with M365 SharePoint Online to create and update documents and associated metadata. The software is used for key business processes, such as invoice scanning by accounts payable and customer document scanning at customer service. The current version in use is Kofax Capture version 11.
Customer service building records depend on Kofax Capture to scan received documents. The contract resulting from this RFP will span three years. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
