Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a kidney health software replacement service, specifically a mature and commercially supported renal Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution tailored for deployment in large, multi-site, public healthcare settings. The proposed solution must enable deployment across a range of facilities, including acute care hospitals, dialysis units, outpatient kidney disease clinics, and transplant programs, supporting current and future patient and user growth while maintaining high system availability and performance for mission-critical clinical workflows.
The selected system will function as the primary clinical tool for managing outpatient renal and dialysis activities and support phased implementation across multiple instances within the agency. The vendor will be responsible for the design, build, testing, deployment, and support of robust bi-directional integrations with existing systems. Key project components also include project management and governance, system configuration, historical data migration, interface development and testing, user acceptance validation, training, change management, and comprehensive go-live and stabilization support.
Ongoing services will encompass incident and escalation management, adherence to defined service level targets (including 24/7 support for critical incidents), regular release and upgrade strategies, and alignment with a product roadmap that adopts advancements in renal care models, digital health, interoperability initiatives, modular expansion, and evolving clinical and technical requirements. The contract period is five years.
