Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A Virginia-based organization is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf, 100% cloud-based digital art portfolio software to capture, store, and assess K–6 student work in elementary art classes systemwide. The selected software must allow students and teachers to collect, store, share, and assess student work, providing subscriptions or licenses that offer robust features suitable for K–6 needs.
Key requirements include a user-friendly interface accessible across laptops, personal computers, and tablets, scalability for long-term data management, a redundant backup system for protecting digital work, teacher and student commenting functionality, organizational tools, and searchable materials. The software should facilitate parent/sponsor involvement, capture diverse media types (pictures, files, video, links, audio), offer a library of standards-aligned activities for core subjects, and support communication between teachers, students, and parents/sponsors.
Professional learning components are expected, including asynchronous webinars and/or SCORM®-compliant modules covering product overview and navigation. The contractor must provide a transition and data migration plan that is both time- and cost-effective. The contract period will be for one year.
