DESCRIPTION
A Pennsylvania school district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive K–12 photography services. The schools involved include a high school (enrollment approximately 600, grades 9–12), a middle school (approximately 500, grades 6–8), an elementary division (approximately 500, grades 3–5), and a primary school (approximately 500, grades K–2).
The selected vendor will be responsible for all photography required for the color section of the yearbook, including senior portraits, underclassman portraits, primary portraits, and extracurricular activity portraits. Services must also include scheduling and conducting student portrait sessions, with a makeup photo date offered.
Vendors are also required to produce and supply all promotional materials such as pamphlets, posters, and signage related to the photography sessions.
