A school district in South Carolina is seeking a comprehensive K–12 family engagement and communication platform. The system must support tracking and scheduling of student interventions and conferences, as well as attendance analysis and robust reporting capabilities. Specific requirements include translating intervention letters into families' home languages and offering custom attendance reporting by school, ethnicity, and year-to-date metrics.

The platform should enable quality control and validation checks prior to the generation and distribution of letters. Vendors must provide audit trails documenting data receipt, letter generation, and delivery statuses. Cycle reports are required after each distribution, detailing the number of records processed, letters generated and delivered, failures, print counts, language distribution, and any exceptions that require follow-up. Additionally, a sample reconciliation report format should be supplied, summarizing all relevant metrics and exceptions. The contract is expected to be for a one-year period.
