All user-facing interfaces, such as Student Block Pages, Parent Portals, and Admin Dashboards, should conform to accessibility and usability standards.

The system must feature centralized admin logs offering activity history with retention and export options for 30, 60, and 90-day intervals. AI-powered and customizable filtering must block inappropriate websites and subdomains in real time based on content analysis, not just static URL lists. Integrated malware blocking and real-time threat detection are required to prevent cyberattacks at the network edge, supplemented by automated system updates and threat intelligence feeds addressing emerging global threats.

Protection protocols must be secure and encrypted to prevent unauthorized bypasses and safeguard user privacy. Native client support for Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android must ensure uniform protection for users on and off campus. A centralized, intuitive dashboard is essential for simplified district-wide management. The vendor should also provide access to dedicated technical support and comprehensive training resources for district administrators.
