DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Concord, New Hampshire, is seeking a contractor to provide foster program services for teens involved in the juvenile justice system who have mental health and behavioral health needs. The program is intended to support community-based placements and help prevent youth from entering secure detention by developing a sustainable, statewide pool of qualified foster caregivers.
