DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Stockton, California is seeking a vendor to provide Jobs Plus workforce development and economic self-sufficiency services. The scope includes consulting and personnel for Jobs Plus service coordination, with a specialized focus on employment, economic empowerment, and self-sufficiency supportive services.
