DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive support services for JD Edwards World Software version 9.3.1.3, which is used by the agency for financial and payroll management, and operates on an IBM Power10 iSeries host environment. Services will include technical support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration assistance, regulatory and payroll tax table updates, and advisory services to maintain the integrity, reliability, and performance of the agency’s system environment and related applications.

The vendor will deliver third-party support such as diagnostic services, product fixes, performance management, operational workarounds for both standard and custom code issues, and support for system integrations. The company will also assist with application and documentation fixes, operational and configuration help, installation and upgrade support, and will manage global tax, legal, and compliance updates throughout the contract year.

Routine communication and advisory services are expected to keep the agency updated and prepared for changes in tax, regulatory, and compliance requirements affecting the system. The contractor will verify payroll tax table updates in JD Edwards Payroll System, ensuring quality assurance testing before deployment to prevent payroll processing disruption. Support for system deployment, installation, and configuration of updates or modifications is also required, coordinated to avoid impacting daily operations.
