DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a team of five Java Curam software developers and one Java Curam software architect to modernize and upgrade its mission-critical Claims Management System (CMS). Key areas of focus include the Claims and Rehabilitation Transformation program, the Review Division, and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal CMS, all of which are built on Curam software.

The ideal candidates will drive the long-term rationalization of the CMS, expedite transformation processes, enhance system stability, and assist with a multi-year transition toward a modular, scalable, and future-ready Curam-based CMS. The team should consist of two senior Java Curam software developers, one senior Java Curam software architect, two intermediate Java Curam software developers, and one junior Java Curam software developer.
