DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a vendor to provide IT strategy consulting services for a three-year contract in Pennsylvania. The scope of work covers assisting with organizational improvements, process optimization, and software consulting, as well as the execution of various IT initiatives. The selected consultant will review both near-term and long-term IT software projects, offer prioritization support, and help develop a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the Treasurer's and Senior Leadership's operational vision.
Responsibilities also include managing projects related to IT systems replacement strategies, offering technical and consulting expertise for operational and strategic initiatives identified from a gap analysis, and conducting a thorough office-wide IT strategy gap analysis.
