DESCRIPTION

A Colorado county is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-first, enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) platform designed to enhance service delivery, reliability, and transparency across its departments. The platform must offer deep integration capabilities with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and related Microsoft services, as the county operates in a Microsoft-centric environment.

Key requirements include a robust and continuously updated Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that connects with infrastructure management systems such as Cisco Catalyst Center and vSphere. Service Mapping needs to accurately relate applications to various servers (web, application, database). The platform should reduce complexity for both administration and end users and feature role-aware catalogs, dynamic forms, guided assistance, and request suggestions.

Generative AI is a critical component, supporting catalog item recommendations based on user intent, automated pre-filling of requests, and the summarization of request context to accelerate and improve service fulfillment. The solution must comprehensively support incident management (including major incidents), request management, knowledge and problem management, service modeling, and provide an accessible user experience through web portals and mobile applications.
