Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software solution. The solution should enhance the management of resources, assets, service catalog, request processes, and project portfolios, ensuring a consistent, transparent, sustainable, and measurable alignment with agency operations.
The chosen system must feature a user-friendly interface with online capabilities for ITIL processes, self-service portals, and built-in workflow functionalities for routing requests and approvals. Technical support will be required to ensure operational continuity. Preference will be given to cloud-based solutions which offer dashboards for monitoring the status and usage of services.
The software should streamline service requests, incident management, asset tracking, and project portfolio oversight through forms, workflows, approvals, reporting, and resource management tools. Endpoint device management including OS deployment, software configuration, distribution, metering, upgrades, patch management, and mobile device management is also required.
