DESCRIPTION


The organization seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software solution. The solution should enhance the management of resources, assets, service catalog, request processes, and project portfolios, ensuring a consistent, transparent, sustainable, and measurable alignment with agency operations.

The chosen system must feature a user-friendly interface with online capabilities for ITIL processes, self-service portals, and built-in workflow functionalities for routing requests and approvals.
