DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide IT research, advisory, and custom engagement services. The selected vendor must ensure that all web applications included in the solution remain compatible with modern web browsers, such as Safari, Chrome, and Edge, on both desktop and mobile devices, without loss of functionality.
Vendors are required to provide regular usage reports and performance metrics that highlight the value being delivered and help identify additional engagement opportunities. The contract will be awarded for a period of three years. Interested vendors must submit any questions regarding this RFP no later than March 16, 2026.
