The government authority in Alberta is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive IT provider services. The scope of work includes onsite deskside support, Tier 2 and server support, as well as project-based assistance for deployments, migrations, system hardening, server builds, Intune policy creation, network segmentation, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
The selected vendor must be able to provide an equivalent or higher-level deskside resource when required for backfill during instances such as vacation, illness, or extended leave. Proficiency is required in endpoint management, the use of Microsoft Admin portals, Wi-Fi, VPN, remote access, network connectivity troubleshooting, device provisioning, password management, multi-factor authentication setup, boardroom audiovisual support, and other related IT tasks.
The contract will be for a period of five years.
