Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The California courts are seeking qualified vendors to deliver comprehensive IT planning, website redesign, and development services utilizing a content management system (CMS). The project includes conducting a content audit, formulating a website and information architecture plan, creating design mock-ups, establishing a strategy for accessibility compliance, and providing CMS platform recommendations. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and deploying a new, mobile-responsive and accessible website with features such as tracking analytics, a multi-lingual interface, and staff training for content input and CMS configuration.
Key requirements include integration of a searchable and filterable directory of social services and treatment providers, clear navigation to support program eligibility, referrals, court process guidance, and contact information. GIS mapping integration for service providers is also required, alongside defining requirements for API, middleware, or secure data exchange. The solution must feature a secure web portal, customizable workflow stages and milestone tracking, and provide recommendations for technological solutions that may include commercial off-the-shelf, SaaS, or custom-developed platforms.
As part of IT planning, the vendor will need to prepare a Technology Strategic Plan, addressing cybersecurity risk mitigation and change management strategies, as well as a comprehensive training plan for court staff.
