The procuring organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive IT managed services under a three-year contract. The scope includes managed support across core IT operations, with emphasis on cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud services, and end-user productivity platforms.
Required services include Microsoft cloud management and support, infrastructure and network services, Microsoft 365 backup services, data backup and recovery, and support for Azure platform and architecture. The engagement also covers data centre hosting and support, cloud migration strategy and change enablement services, mobile endpoint management for Android and iOS devices, publication and access to selected business applications, shared email domain namespace, and support for OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
The cybersecurity component includes assurance and operations services, as well as security operations centre and security information and event management capabilities. Questions are to be submitted no later than May 29, 2026.
