The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) seeks to contract with Qiagen LLC for IT hardware and perpetual license software through an authorized, approved vendor arrangement. Services required include remote technical support provided by manufacturer's certified and authorized service technicians, with support available from 0600 to 1800 ET, Monday through Friday, and a guaranteed response within two business days for any software performance issues.
The scope of work encompasses control software updates in compliance with manufacturer standards, compatibility with multiple operating system environments, and software that holds Authorization to Operate (ATO) certification. The contract also includes discounts on advanced training for laboratory and operator personnel.
