DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Macomb, Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide IT engagement kiosks designed to inform, engage, and guide students into IT career exploration. The scope includes the delivery of two interactive kiosks equipped with custom software applications that facilitate career exploration through personality-driven quizzes and games. These interactive experiences will help students reflect on their future based on their interests, strengths, and habits, ultimately guiding them toward specific IT career pathways.
A qualified team will consist of a project lead, UI/UX designer, software lead, A/V specialists, and installation specialist. The project requires an iterative design and development process involving regular reviews and feedback. Accessibility support is required according to current standards, with clear communication and project documentation throughout. The selected vendor will also coordinate shipping, delivery, and provide on-site installation support. All questions pertaining to the RFP must be submitted by March 27, 2026, and the contract period will be for one year.
