The government authority in Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide IT deskside support technician services. Key responsibilities include verifying configuration and troubleshooting, such as confirming successful device enrollment into Intune and Azure AD / Entra ID, along with validating application installations, configuration policies, and device compliance status.
The selected contractor will execute endpoint deployment services, which involves hands-on deployment and lifecycle management of agency-issued Windows and Mac devices. These tasks include physical preparation, onboarding, and registration of devices into Microsoft Autopilot and Apple Business Manager/JAMF as appropriate.
Additionally, the contractor is responsible for Tier II end-user desktop support, addressing common technical issues, and providing functional support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and the Windows operating system.
