DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive IT and IT related support services. The scope of work includes database administration, software development, operational support for data centers, data center migration, advanced system and network administration, information assurance, portfolio management, and customer service including helpdesk operations.

Services also encompass Video Teleconferencing (VTC), telecommunications support, technology refreshes, upgrades to mobility and wireless equipment, inventory management and log functions, maintenance of SharePoint server farms and associated sites, and portal upgrades. Vendors will play an integral role in supporting and maintaining the authority's IT infrastructure and processes, ensuring efficient and secure operations.
