A post-secondary institution in Alberta, Canada is seeking vendors to provide an IT and enterprise service management solution. The solution must include comprehensive modules such as service desk, incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge management, service catalogue, self-service portal, configuration management database, SLA management, and reporting & analytics. The system must support single sign-on integration with Microsoft Entra and enable seamless data migration from the current Service Management system. Integration with Call Center and ERP systems is required.
The proposed solution should allow the creation and maintenance of service catalogues for various departments, including features like detailed service descriptions, service levels, service bundles, and role-based views tailored to students, employees, or IT personnel. Comprehensive training and role-specific documentation must be provided for users. The contract will be for a period of three years.
