The government authority in Tamuning, Guam is seeking vendors to provide islandwide archaeological technical support services for both locally and federally funded projects. The scope of work includes professional assistance in preparing Archaeological Monitoring, Discovery, and Data Recovery Plans, as well as providing archaeological monitoring, recovery, and testing services as needed.
Additional requirements involve conducting studies, investigations, and generating related reports, along with performing archival research on known archaeological resources within the project area. Specialized consultation, construction and field surveying, as well as the deployment of qualified archaeologists and both field and laboratory technicians are necessary to fulfill the contract. A mandatory pre–proposal teleconference is scheduled for April 14, 2026, and the contract period will span three years.
