The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is conducting market research related to an enterprise requirement for an externally hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) survey platform and a digital website feedback platform. The IRS seeks to identify vendors capable of providing a secure, FedRAMP-authorized hosted SaaS platform that enables IRS users to create, deploy, analyze, and report on comprehensive web-based surveys to support various research needs across taxpayer, employee, and stakeholder groups.

Key requirements include SaaS survey platform licenses, FedRAMP High authorization for hosting, features for survey creation and administration, robust reporting and dashboarding, user and permissions management, and initial and ongoing training and technical support.
