A government authority in Garden City, New York seeks a contractor to provide professional repair and maintenance services for a variety of computerized irrigation systems. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of irrigation system upkeep, including both routine maintenance and repairs.
The selected contractor must supply all necessary labor, tools, specialized equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation required to perform comprehensive irrigation maintenance services. All work must occur under the supervision of a licensed irrigation specialist. Safety regulations, including those concerning work near streets, safety equipment, warning signs, and traffic control, must be strictly followed in accordance with local, county, and state requirements.
Contractor staff must always conduct themselves professionally on site and immediately report any damage or potential hazards on school district grounds to the designated representatives. Any damages caused by contractor negligence to structures or plant materials must be promptly repaired at the contractor's expense. The contract is set for a period of one year.
