A qualified vendor is sought to provide comprehensive irrigation management services for a large irrigation system in Virginia. Key responsibilities include evaluating and maintaining controller programming, integrating and monitoring sensors such as rain, soil moisture, and flow, as well as assessing valve performance and head spacing coverage.
The contractor will maintain a detailed database of the irrigation system, recording important data such as flow rates, precipitation rates, and plant types. They will also be responsible for updating and maintaining AutoCAD maps that accurately identify the locations of all irrigation zones. Copies of these maps must be provided to the Cemetery and any authorized landscape maintenance vendors upon request.
Additional duties include maintaining a Global Support Plan with RainBird and working closely with Cemetery staff to coordinate special events. This opportunity is ideal for vendors experienced in landscape irrigation technology and system management.
