The state of Minnesota is seeking a qualified consulting firm to support the development of an investment strategy as part of its 2050 Comprehensive Plan, with an allocated budget of $250,000.
The selected consultant will evaluate and update existing policies, identify gaps, and draft new policies relevant to the establishment of broad investment guidelines.
