DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking a qualified vendor to provide investment management services for a variety of city-managed funds. Responsibilities include managing individual short-term investment portfolios such as excess operating and working capital, capital funds, debt service reserve funds, and other funds utilized by the city's general fund and various governmental departments.
The selected provider will engage in strategic asset allocation planning, offer education to the Investment Committee on investment strategies, market trends, and conditions, and assist in the development of internal staff investment capabilities. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of one year. All vendor questions must be submitted prior to April 1, 2026.
