A government authority in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive investment management services. The selected provider will deliver advisory and portfolio management services for the fund, in full compliance with the fund's established investment policy.
Responsibilities include maintaining portfolio liquidity aligned with a long-term investment horizon, achieving long-term capital appreciation, and ensuring prudent preservation of principal. The vendor will also be expected to deliver competitive risk-adjusted performance, maintain appropriate diversification, and ensure cost-efficient management of investments.
Additional tasks involve the selection, monitoring, and evaluation of investment managers, funds, and vehicles against relevant benchmarks. Providers must generate regular performance reports, including benchmarks, attribution analysis, detailed accounting of fees and expenses, and risk metrics. Timely communication regarding any significant market developments or portfolio changes is required, along with executing portfolio rebalancing and tactical adjustments as needed.
