DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will conduct a comprehensive investment grade audit for energy savings for a government authority located in Miami, Florida. This audit will include a detailed savings analysis report identifying specific energy improvements and operational changes required to enhance energy efficiency at the referenced facilities.

The scope also encompasses the provision, installation, and implementation of energy conservation measures, such as window and door systems to reduce energy consumption, weatherproofing, automated energy control systems, energy recovery and renewable energy systems, as well as devices and software systems that lower water, sewer, and operational costs. The audit report must include assessments of property site suitability, as well as thorough project financials, covering financing options, contract terms, costs, savings projections, cash flow, payback periods, and other relevant data.

A pre-submittal project briefing is scheduled for March 19, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by March 23, 2026.
