DESCRIPTION
A government authority located in Ukiah, California is seeking investment consulting services for a four-year period. The selected vendor will conduct investment policy and asset and liability studies, as well as provide a comprehensive review and analysis of investment policies, objectives, asset allocation, and portfolio structure. Recommendations for changes will be expected where appropriate.
The contractor will oversee investment managers, including conducting searches and selections, and will deliver advice on allocation, manager mandates, and relevant performance benchmarks. Additional duties include performance evaluation and reporting for the total fund, asset classes, and individual investment managers, benchmarked against peer group samples. The consultant may also assist in custodial arrangements, undertaking searches and review services for custodians.
