DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Portsmouth, Ohio seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive investment consulting services. Responsibilities include offering expert advice on investment policy review, modification, and the creation of new policies, procedures, and provisions as needed. The selected consultant will also assist in reviewing and formulating the roles and responsibilities of investment committees, drawing upon best practices from similarly sized institutions.
The consultant will analyze performance and benchmarking reports, develop processes for selecting and evaluating investment managers, and advise on a variety of investment management options. In addition, support must be provided to enhance committee effectiveness and ensure sound governance around investment activities. The contract term will be three years.
