DESCRIPTION


A government authority in New York is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive investment advisory services. The consultant will deliver a wide range of financial investment and advisory solutions, including necessary labor and materials to fulfill all requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing the suitability of current investment benchmarks, assessing investment performance against appropriate benchmarks, and analyzing performance for each asset class.

The selected firm will provide written monthly performance analyses and quarterly investment reports detailing individual portfolio performance as well as aggregate asset class results. The consultant will recommend long-term investment strategies, evaluate the potential benefits of active and passive management approaches, and support portfolio management activities by recommending corrective actions as market conditions change. Additional tasks involve competitive solicitation and documentation of investment bids, reporting on gains and losses, interest accruals, data transfers, account reconciliations, and compiling trade tickets.

The contract is set for a one-year term. Vendors must submit all questions regarding this opportunity by May 1, 2026.
