DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in Santa Rosa, California is seeking an experienced vendor to provide comprehensive investment advisory and management services. The selected Investment Advisor will be responsible for actively managing the county’s funds in compliance with state laws, the county’s Investment Policy Statement (IPS), and any other established investment-related policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include continuously monitoring investment opportunities, evaluating excess working capital, and managing various county funds. The advisor will provide investment research, supervision, and actively oversee an ongoing investment program, including evaluation and, when appropriate, the sale and reinvestment of managed fund assets. Investments should be made to anticipate expected cash flows and ensure necessary liquidity.

The vendor is also expected to deliver detailed monthly reports on portfolio holdings, documenting investment activities such as purchases, sales, and calls, as well as the book and market values of the portfolio, earnings, and rate of return. The initial contract term will be for five years.
