DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Wharton, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive investment advisory services for all College investment assets, including the Endowment Fund, and advisory services related to capital project financing. The selected vendor will act as a fiduciary, assisting in reviewing and refining investment policy, monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance, and supporting capital financing strategies and debt structuring.
