DESCRIPTION
The City of Malibu, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide investment advising services for a two-year contract term. The selected advisor will serve in a fiduciary capacity and provide objective, independent guidance related to investment strategy, portfolio management, asset allocation, performance monitoring, risk assessment, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Services may include reviewing current investment practices, recommending updates to investment policies, and assisting with the development and implementation of investment objectives. The advisor will also be expected to provide monthly performance reports.
In addition, the scope includes conducting a comprehensive annual review of the City's Investment Policy and assisting the City with developing a fully revised policy that is modern, compliant, and aligned with the City's objectives. Questions are due by May 27, 2026.
