DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Utah is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive investment adviser services. The selected adviser will conduct investment transactions on behalf of the agency, investing assets of the Advisory Account in alignment with written investment objectives, policies, and restrictions outlined by the agency. Monthly electronic reports detailing both period transactions and an inventory of investments within the Advisory Account will be required.

The awarded adviser will ensure full-time management of the portfolio portion under their care, developing and implementing active investment strategies to enhance portfolio performance amid changing market conditions and within the agency's policy parameters and cash flow requirements. Additionally, the adviser will provide technical and fundamental market research, including yield curve analysis, monitor creditworthiness of portfolio investments, and actively oversee the assets. The contract term is five years.
