DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to provide an investigative case management system to replace and modernize the existing platform used by the Office of Investigations (OI). The new system must feature a highly configurable interface, allowing both system administrators and individual users to customize design elements such as labels, drop menus, dashboards, and personal settings. Administrators should be able to set global policies, while users adjust their configurations as needed.

The platform is required to be inclusive and scalable, capable of recording, tracking, and displaying accurate, current information on OI investigations. Core functions must include document management, workflow automation, reporting, contact and referral intake, evidence management, and comprehensive case tracking, including the tracking of personnel time associated with these tasks. The system must support investigative workflows—such as opening, reviewing, and closing cases—and provide visible audit trails at the user level, complete with date and time stamps for activities such as searches, access, and data changes. Additionally, the solution should be designed to accommodate current or future machine learning features for enhanced case management.
