The client seeks a vendor to enhance an investigation management system through the configuration of a software as a service (SaaS) enforcement management solution. The project will require personnel including a Project Manager, Business Solutions Analyst, User Experience and Interaction Designer, and Senior Software Engineer to address multiple aspects of system improvement.
Key tasks include developing tables, business process flows, and document storage capabilities; building user interfaces and externally facing respondent and referral agency portals; creating dashboards and alerts tailored to internal user roles; designing document templates and reports; and delivering dashboards for internal users to visualize key enforcement metrics.
The contract period is set for two years, and all questions regarding the project must be submitted by April 28, 2026.
