The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide an investigation case management software solution that is compliant with CJIS requirements. The selected software must offer an integrated platform to support all aspects of investigation case management, along with comprehensive services to ensure successful system deployment. These services include system design, installation, configuration, integration with third-party systems via APIs, interface development, data conversion, and migration.
Vendors should propose a cloud-hosted solution, specifying the service model (such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS) and the development model (including Private, Public, Community, or Hybrid Cloud options). The solution should provide multiple system environments—such as production, development, and test—as well as define shared system components and address requirements related to data storage, transfer limits, and bandwidth needs.
The contract will be for a period of one year, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by the stated deadline.
